    Jesse was very helpful in the sale of our investment unit , from the first contact we had months before listing when he gave advice as to refurbishment do's and don'ts , he kept in contact , when ready to go to market appraised the value which met both our and market expectations and sold the property after 30 days on the market. During the selling period he updated us on enquiries , attendance at open houses and negotiating the final sale price. Very happy with his service and friendliness .
